❔ FAQ – Wine Tasting Booking
How do I confirm my booking after payment?
After you transfer your $55 via EFT, complete your booking by submitting your details through our [Payment Confirmation Form]. You’ll need to provide your name, mobile number, and your EFT receipt or reference number.
Why do I need to enter my EFT receipt number?
This helps us match your payment to your booking and secure your seat at the event.
What happens after I confirm my payment?
Once we verify your payment, you’ll receive a welcome email confirmation. You’ll then be officially added to our guest list.
What if I forgot to use my mobile number as the EFT reference?
That’s okay! Just enter your EFT receipt number or upload a screenshot of your payment in the confirmation form.
Will I get reminders before the event?
You will receive your confirmation via email. Please check your inbox for updates.
Do I need to bring anything to the event?
No need. We’ll have your booking on file. If you wish to purchase wine on the night, attendees enjoy 20% OFF when buying 6 bottles.
When is the last day to book?
Bookings must be received and paid for at least 48 hours before the event - that's by Sunday 20th July at 6:30 PM. After that, please call the venue directly for last -minute availability.
